Terms of Service for Rafacst Apps
Last updated: August 9, 2026
These Terms of Service govern the use of the apps and tools published by Rafacst Consultoria LTDA (operating under the name Rafacst Tecnologia, registered under CNPJ No. 66.424.919/0001-10, and called "Rafacst" or "we" here). By installing, accessing, or using any of the apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By installing, accessing, or using any Rafacst app, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use the app on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Minimum age. The apps are not directed at children or adolescents, and the Privacy Policy says we do not knowingly process their personal data. Accordingly, you must be at least 18 years old to use the apps. Where the age rating an app carries in its store permits a younger user, a person aged 16 or 17 may use that app only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf and is responsible for their use. The age rating shown on each store listing applies in addition to this clause, and the stricter of the two governs. If we learn that an app has been used in breach of this clause, we may terminate access under Termination, and personal data will be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all apps, sites, and tools published by Rafacst, now and in the future. The table below lists them and states the release stage of each; where a release stage is not stated in this table, none is claimed.

3. License to use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the apps on devices you control, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable store rules. Updates and supplements are covered unless accompanied by separate terms. For apps obtained through the Microsoft Store, this license provides at least the download, installation, and usage rights required by the applicable Microsoft Usage Rules. The license does not transfer ownership of the software; unauthorized uses are outside its scope.
4. Accounts
Several apps work without sign-up. Where an account exists, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activities carried out under your account. Authentication may use Sign in with Apple or email login. DeckDeckDeck uses your existing Bluesky account: network features require that account, while demo mode works without sign-in. A handle or email address and app password are sent directly to the PDS you select to establish a session; Rafacst does not receive them, and the app password is not retained after sign-in. Session and OAuth credentials are stored locally using operating-system protection, as described in the Privacy Policy. You must also comply with the terms applicable to your Bluesky account and PDS.
5. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
Some apps offer paid features, one-time purchases, or subscriptions. The price, period, taxes, promotions, and applicable conditions are shown before confirmation.
- Through the App Store: charges, automatic renewals, cancellations, and refunds are processed by Apple, under the App Store's rules. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your Apple account settings.
- Through the Microsoft Store: charges, cancellations, and refunds are processed by Microsoft, under the Microsoft Store's rules and its refund policy, not Apple's.
- Through the website (where available): payment is processed by RevenueCat (Web Billing) together with Stripe; management and refunds follow that channel's conditions. Website prices may differ from App Store prices.
This section applies only to apps that charge. DeckDeckDeck is currently offered free, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. In no case do we receive your full card details. Where a free trial is offered, billing may begin at the end of the period unless canceled beforehand. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory cancellation, cooling-off, warranty, or refund right under applicable consumer law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the apps lawfully and consistently with their purpose. You must not, among other things: attempt to improperly access systems or data; interfere with the app's operation; reverse engineer beyond what the law permits; violate third-party rights; or use the app for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, exploitative, or abusive purposes. When using DeckDeckDeck, you must also comply with the rules of the Bluesky service and PDS through which you access the AT Protocol.
7. Your content and responsibility
The content you create in the apps (recipes, items, trips, plans, costs, inventory, and the like) is yours, and you are responsible for it. The apps are support tools: you must review imported, scanned, calculated, or auto-filled data, including invoice data and online lookups, before relying on it. We do not guarantee any financial result, margin, revenue, tax, accounting, or health/sanitary compliance, nor any specific business decision.
Content in DeckDeckDeck. You retain ownership of content you create. Rafacst claims no license to content sent through DeckDeckDeck and does not host it; at your direction, the app transmits it to your PDS and the AT Protocol services you use. Their terms determine any license you grant them, their moderation, and their retention or deletion practices. Because the AT Protocol is decentralized, deleting content from your account may not remove copies already held by independent services.
DeckDeckDeck displays user-generated content from Bluesky. You may not use the app to create, share, promote, or facilitate content or conduct that is illegal; exploits or endangers children; contains non-consensual intimate material; threatens violence; harasses or discriminates; impersonates or deceives; infringes privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights; distributes malware or spam; or evades applicable moderation, labeling, age-assurance, or safety controls. Bluesky's Community Guidelines and the rules of your PDS also apply.
Reporting and moderation. In the app, Report Post and Report Account submit reports to Bluesky's moderation service. You can also mute or block accounts, mute threads and words, and use the content filters and labelers associated with your account. To report content appearing in DeckDeckDeck to Rafacst, email contato@rafacst.me with a link or other identifier for the content and enough detail for review; never send a password or session token. We review reports that identify content displayed in the app and may take the steps reasonably available to us, including limiting the content's display or access in the app where technically practicable, notifying the relevant hosting or moderation service, and complying with lawful or Microsoft Store requests to disable content.
8. Intellectual property
The apps, their names, trademarks, layouts, text, images, and code are owned by Rafacst or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights over those trademarks or the software beyond the license to use described above.
9. Third-party services
The apps may integrate with third-party services, for example Apple, Microsoft, Bluesky and other AT Protocol services, KLIPY (GIF search and delivery in the composer), translation and link-preview services, payment processors, and invoice/product lookup services. These services have their own terms and policies and may fail, change, suspend an account, remove content, or return incomplete data. Rafacst does not control those services, and using an app does not alter the agreement between you and the relevant provider. The full list, with what each one receives and where it processes it, is in the Privacy Policy.
Content served by a third party. Where a feature displays media supplied by a third-party catalogue, such as the GIF picker, that media is that provider's content, served from its systems and subject to its own terms and moderation. Rafacst does not host it and does not review it in advance.
Apple. For an app obtained from the App Store, the following apply. This agreement is between you and Rafacst only, not with Apple, and Rafacst alone is responsible for the app and its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services in respect of the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app. Rafacst, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim that the app or your possession or use of it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, and for any product liability claim, any claim that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and any claim under consumer protection or similar legislation, subject to the limits in these Terms and to any mandatory right you hold under Brazilian law. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right (and are deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. Nothing in this paragraph limits the mandatory consumer rights described in Limitation of liability and Governing law and venue.
10. Availability and changes
We may change, improve, suspend, or remove features to fix problems, add capabilities, adapt the app to technical changes, comply with legal requirements, or adjust third-party integrations. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the apps available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Feature availability may vary by device, system, region, permissions, settings, and third-party service availability. Where an app is offered at a pre-release stage, that is stated in the release-stage column of Apps covered, and its features may be incomplete or change before a stable release. This notice does not limit any statutory consumer right.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. We do not warrant that the apps will meet all your specific needs or be free of faults. This clause does not exclude the legal warranties applicable to consumers.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rafacst is not liable for indirect or incidental damages or lost profits arising from the use of or inability to use the apps. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer warranties and liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury. In Brazil, the protections of the Consumer Protection Code remain fully applicable.
13. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018) and other applicable rules.
14. Termination
You may stop using the apps at any time by signing out or uninstalling them and, for an account operated by Rafacst, using the available deletion channel. Signing out of or uninstalling DeckDeckDeck removes or affects local app data as described in the Privacy Policy, but does not delete your Bluesky account, posts, messages, or other remotely stored content; manage those through your PDS or Bluesky account controls. We may suspend or terminate access to an app or Rafacst-operated service in case of a breach of these Terms or use that endangers the service or third parties, but we do not control whether Bluesky or another PDS suspends its own account. On termination, clauses that by their nature should survive remain in force.
15. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), the Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12.965/2014), and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018). The courts of the consumer user's domicile are elected to resolve any disputes.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect changes in the apps, plans, legal requirements, or operational practices. The current version and update date are published on this page. Where required, we will give reasonable notice of material changes. Changes do not reduce rights already accrued or mandatory rights under applicable law. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you may stop using the affected app.
